Overview

Emery & Garrett Groundwater Investigations (EGGI) offers a wide range of professional services related to the exploration, development, protection, and management of groundwater resources.  Projects completed by EGGI have included the investigation of groundwater resources derived from aquifers within stratified drift (unconsolidated) deposits, coastal plain sediments (unconsolidated deposits), karst limestone environments, and fractured bedrock within the Appalachian Plateau, Valley & Ridge, and Piedmont geologic provinces.

EGGI has successfully completed more than 1,300 groundwater studies for public water authorities, municipalities, agricultural entities, power companies, golf courses, residential developments, and both private and commercial enterprises from northern Maine to Georgia.  Our clients have ranged from the City of Atlanta, Georgia, State of Virginia, City of Portland, Maine, the Walt Disney Company, Rockwell International, IBM, Centex, Toll Brothers, Jack Nicklaus Golf Course Design Group to many smaller private and commercial enterprises.
