Client project details

South Riding/Artery Trafalgar House (Loudoun County, VA)

The Project

EGGI was contracted to explore for and ultimately develop groundwater resources from fractured bedrock sources for the purposes of irrigating two Championship 18-hole golf courses, along with other landscaping needs.

Status/Results:

The results of EGGI's Groundwater Exploration and Development Program were very successful.  The available groundwater resources developed as a result of EGGI's groundwater investigation exceeded 1,250,000 gpd (850 gpm).  These courses have successfully used these groundwater resources to irrigate their fairways, greens, and tee boxes.  This project was considered an extraordinary success by the owner.
